Should the product prove to have been manufactured faulty then our liability extends on to the cost of the replacement of the faulty product only.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with product availability and payment terms. Should the item purchased not be in stock you will be contacted and alternative arrangements will be offered, the option to cancel your order and receive a refund is available, likewise to wait for the item to return to stock or accept an alternative product.

Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to refuse to process any order for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We retain the right to credit a transaction and cancel an order at any stage of the process prior to delivery.

Price Confirmation
All prices quoted on the website are subject to local and state taxes at the current rates. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus postage and packaging charges and taxes. You will receive a confirmation email upon placement of your order. Payments must be processed and cleared from your account before the despatch of any products. We do not retain/store information on any credit/debit card details within the company records. The company receives confirmation of your payment directly from our secure external payment processors.

Compliance with Laws
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which your purchase has been made, and where the payment has been processed for the goods you have purchased. The website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations regarding the website and any transactions conducted on or through the website. Within the constraints of the Law, you use this website at your own risk as we accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by its use. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We will not be liable, in contract, without limitation, negligence, pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the Conditions for: any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business, anticipated savings or costs); or any loss of goodwill or reputation; or any special or indirect losses; in any case whether or not such losses were within the contemplation of the parties at the date of the Conditions, suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the Conditions. Shipping and Handling & Returns
Oilmagicbook.com accepts no liability for any loss or damages caused from late delivery of any order. Customers may contact us to discuss specific delivery requirements and short notice orders, and every effort will be made to accommodate individual and unique circumstances. However, we cannot be held liable for any costs or damages which result from any failure in meeting any agreed delivery circumstance beyond our control, or within the hands of our couriers.

If you should require a change to the shipping address from that provided when you placed your order,  we must be informed in writing as soon as possible, but please note we do ship orders very swiftly and hold no responsibility for orders that have already shipped, it is the customers responsilbilty to provide accurate shipping details at point of placing the order. If an order is depsatched and returned to our fulfilement centre by the courier due to incorrect information, a re-processing fee of $10 will be charged in addition to the shipping charge being applied again as the original shipping fees have already been charged by the courier for the first shipment. 

If you accidentally place an order, or have made and error in placing your order, we may not be able to stop this in our processing system, which is rather swift. It is the customers responsiblity to ensure correct order is placed. If you wish to return the order, a restocking charge of $15.00 is chargeable, in addition to the return shipping charges.  

In the first instance, if an order has shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier as we are unable to intercept orders once they have left our fulfilment centre.

Important
Always check your purchases on receipt for shortages or damages. You must report any problems within 3 days of delivery. Claims for damage within transit require you to keep all packaging for inspection and photographs must be submitted with any claims. We MUST insist you follow these instructions for claims, and any problems reported after 3 days from delivery are at the discretion of oilmagicbook.com. Please quote your order details in all correspondence. proof of delivery: you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery partners is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been dispatched and received, and we take no liability or responsibility for loss of goods in transit once they have been confirmed as dispatched.

Returns Policy
You are entitled to return an order/good within 30 days for a full refund, excluding the cost of the initial delivery. However return shipping charges for instances where there has been a change of mind or incorrect order placed, is at the customer's expense, and the goods must be returned in as new condition with pages and spines of books in tact.

To return goods, please contact us by email hello@oilmagicbook.com quoting the order number and details and we will provide instructions for return. Any refund will be paid within 30 days back to the same method of payment.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so it is advised that you should take out sufficient postal insurance to cover their value and items are not accepted as received, irrespective of your proof of posting until they are received by our goods inwards department.

This policy does not affect your rights when goods may be faulty. Please contact us and we will resolve your query. 

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition and packaged in good order and in its original packaging.
